Hourly Rate for Real Estate Matters

Not all our legal work fits well within the flat-rate model. We offer legal consultations at an hourly rate of $225. If you have a more significant legal project or require ongoing representation, we require a minimum retainer of $ 1,000. Complex matters may require a higher retainer amount. Price: $225 per hour
